About Clennett Creations

Clennett Creations strive to design and deliver outstanding photography and artistic portraits. Our aim is to bring a quality of image that you can be proud of and will wish to share with others.

James Clennett is a professional photographer and has been passionate about photography for many years. He covers a wide range of photography but specialises in Newborn Photography.

Robyn Garside is a portrait artist and assistant photographer to James. She brings a creative and artistic edge to the business. Robyn paints as a photo-realist with a ‘pop art’ twist. Her paintings are gaining celebrity status as Grammy award winning artist Pink has one on the wall of her US home.

We started photography and art as hobbies, many years ago. We have a passion for achieving high quality photography and portraiture. We both feel extremely lucky to be doing something we love and are enthusiastic about looking for ways to continually improve the service provided for our customers.

As a couple who have been together for over twelve years we work well as a team. We both attend all sessions and weddings and believe it’s always better to have two sets of eyes and perspectives.

Newborn Photography is something that we are both extremely passionate about. You only have a short amount of time to get those once in a lifetime, timeless photos of your new baby all sleepy and curled up. We always advise that it’s best to book your newborn session around the time of your 20 week scan as we can’t always guarantee space once baby has been born. Newborn sessions are best taking place within your baby’s first two weeks and within 10 days where possible. All newborn sessions take place in the comfort of your own home and we bring all props and equipment with us. We have studied newborn safety extensively so you can relax in familiar surroundings knowing that your baby is being well looked after.

A relaxed, friendly and non-intrusive approach is taken when photographing weddings. We believe it is important to establish a relationship with our clients before your wedding day to ensure we have a clear understanding of your needs. Consultations ensure that what is delivered are perfect memories of your special day.

Portrait photography and family sessions often work best in the comfort of your own home. This is where you and your children can relax in familiar surroundings and enjoy the experience.

In our online store you have the option to purchase gift vouchers for your friends and family. Also don’t forget the option of purchasing your own ‘celebrity’ portrait painted by Robyn Garside.

All photographic sessions are fully insured. James and Robyn are both DBS (CRB) checked.

If you have any questions about what can be achieved for you, please don’t hesitate to get in contact. We’d love to hear from you.
